Job seekers interested in joining our program meet with a BSNY team member to discuss their experience and interest in construction. If you’re a fit for the program, you’ll be on our list to interview for the next relevant opportunity in our employer network. We schedule recruitment sessions as needed based on our job pipeline. Once you’ve enrolled in our program, our team takes a careful look at your resume to set you up for success. We’ll provide edits informed by more than a decade of construction expertise, and coach you ahead of your job interview.
When you land a job, we’re there to help you keep it. Our team will be back in touch after your first day, first week, and first month to make sure you’re on track and offer support if needed. After the first month, we’ll check in on your progress on a quarterly basis.
